Question : can buscopan 10mg (Hyoscine Butylbromide) be administered for positional veritgo?

no , buscopan cannot be used for positional vertigo!

I can see that you have tried cinnarizine and stemitil and i would suggest that you meet ouent doctor , who will do the necessary positional test to find out the cause for the vertigo and guide you further.

There are many drugs available in the maket and many of them have serious side effects , so i would recommend that you meet an ent doctor rather than trying self medications.
