Can COPD Be Diagnosed Without An Examination?
Question: Can you diagnosis COPD without an examination (listening to Lungs) and a chest X-Ray with the findings of minimal discoid change seen in the Ingula (may be choric or reflect a mild discoid atlectasis? CT of of the Chest (with contrast ) indicated NO abnormally enlarged mediastinal or hilar lymph node, lungs clear, no plural effusion or pnuemothorax, no lytic or blastic changes, no embolus or aortic dissection or aneurysm identified.
