Question: I have shingles under right breast and along back. Dr. gave medicine they hurt badly of coarse and also itch, Can i put calamine lotion on them..for itching.

Yes you can put calamine lotion specifically on the blisters.
I have found coconut oil to also reduce the itching.

Oral Antihistaminics like allegra or loratidine can also help with the itching.

Otherwise these options do not treat the cause.
It will get better on its own in few days.
