Brief Answer:
There is no risk of over dosage

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Both Maxtra p and Calpol contain Paracetamol as the active ingredient. The dosage of Paracetamol is 10 to 15 mg per kilogram per dose. So dosage for you daughter would be 350 to 500 mg per dose . It is perfectly fine if you given Maxtra within 90 minutes of giving Calpol 250 mg, there is no risk of over dosage.

I would also suggest the following

1. Tepid sponging : Whole body tepid sponging with tap water at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes after giving antipyretic like Paracetamol will help in rapidly bringing down temperature to normal.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best regards
