Brief Answer:
You can give metal P for fever

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

You can give calpol(paracetamol) with dosing of 15 mg/kg/dose 6 hourly. The dose will be 3.5 ml(calpol 250/5 ml).Do tepid sponging as it is a very good remedy to bring down the temperature. If fever is not responding to calpol or recurs more frequently(less than 6 hours),you can give meftal p in a dose of 5-8 mg/kg/dose three times a day. Each 5 ml of Meftal P contains 100 mg.So the dose will be 3-5 ml/dose.
Give plenty of fluids to maintain hydration.
In case of vomiting you can give domperidone(antiemetic) along with lansoprazole(acid reducing agent for gastritis).

Consult your pediatrician for evaluation of cause of fever as viral fever usually starts subsiding after 3-4 days.

I hope this helps.
Please do ask if you have any further query.
Regards
