Brief Answer:
70-80% patients have no symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,

Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I can understand your concern here.
I have gone through your history and in my opinion you want to ask if you have chlamydia infection whether it is asymptomatic or you have symptoms because of it.
In 70-80% of patients, they are not having any symptoms if they suffer from chlamydia infection or sometimes symptoms of vaginal discharge, cervicitis are present.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.
If I misunderstood your questions kindly let me know about it.
Good luck.

No it is not clear by itself.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,

Chlamydia can not go away by its own or without treatment.
It can only go away with treatment.
If you had PID for long time. It may cause your tubes blocked due to infection.
If you had PID, your doctor can see it during transvaginal ultrasound scan.
