The symptoms indicate keratoconjunctivitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are had a eye infection in the form of conjunctivitis and you are treated with Brolene and Chlorsig eye drops.
Both these are antibiotic eye drops and can be used to treat conjunctivitis.
The symptoms of pain, seeing a black or white dot in the centre of the vision indicate involvement of cornea in the form of keratoconjuncunctivitis resulting in punctate keratitis.
This requires treatment by the use of steroid eye drops to treat inflammation.
This condition usually takes 3-4 weeks for complete resolution.
FML is a steroid eye drop and it needs to be used in this condition. I usually recommend artificial tears like Refresh tears along with steroid eye drops for symptomatic relief.
Hence this has occurred probably because of increased virulence or severity of infection and not because of over use of antibiotics.
But no need to worry the treatment is in right direction and these symptoms will respond and they will be cured.
Hence do continue treatment as advised by your doctor.
Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
