Brief Answer:
Chromosomal abnormalities needs to be checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw your attached reports and concerns about miscarriages.
Following is my reply:
1) Semen parameters, Ultrasound reports seem to be normal.
2) Repeated Miscarriages are possible due to chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus.
3) Please do Karyotyping blood test of husband and wife to check if there are chromosomal problems in you both.
4) You might need to undergo IVF with preimplantation genetic screening of embryos to identify normal embryos.

Update me your Karyotyping blood test so that I can guide further.

Brief Answer:
Preimplantation Genetic Screening Required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sharing reports.
Since you are 34 years old and there is history of multiple miscarriages, it is probably due to chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus.
Though Karyotyping reports of you both are normal, there is possibility of fetus being chromosomally abnormal leading to miscarriages.
I advise you to undergo IVF /ICSI with preimplantation y Screening of embryos to rule out abnormal embryo before embryo transfer.
Also get Hysteroscopy of uterus to check small unseen polyps or septum in uterus.
Let me know if you need any help.
