Brief Answer:
Better to avoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I will always suggest to my patient that the expired medicine should not be used.
You are talking about antibiotics. I wont suggest taking even expired multivitamins.
So please avoid.

I had unprotected sex two weeks ago
I have a sore penis (slightly) no discharge or sores or pain when urinating
No redness or visible change
Is it likely to be some sort of infection

Possibilities
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
The fact remains that I cannot see the parts.
So the answer is mostly speculative.
There may have been some injury too, if the problem started after intercourse. That may be like an injury and will take time irrespective of the antibiotic intake.
If it is possibly infection (usually spreads if the partner has an infection- so if possible, you may confirm from your partner as well) than you will definitely need antibiotics. The type of antibiotics depends on the type of infection.
It could also be a simple urinary tract infection- for that I suggest testing urine routine and culture.
Best of luck
