Brief Answer:
Etizolam or Clonazepam can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts

Citalopram is a SSRI drug and I commonly advise my patients to take this drug in morning hours in order to prevent insomnia caused by it. So if you are taking the drug in evening then start taking it in morning hours.

Drugs like Etizolam or Clonazepam in low doses if taken with Citalopram prevents side effects of insomnia and the drug becomes more tolerable.

If insomnia persist even after that then other SSRI drug like Paroxetine can be used. Paroxetine causes sedation and thus helps in sleep and has almost same efficacy as that of Citalopram.

Thanks. Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
