Hello,
1. With regards to the side effects of Clindamycin
Side effects can occur with any antibiotic. But in your case, these side effects are not life-threatening. They will subside in the due course of therapy. It's advisable to finish the full course of prescribed medication as usual.

Extensive surgery has been done to offer near cure in your case.

Any system of candida or fungal you observed.
Can you please clarify and guide- with last follow up question
Short term antibiotic therapy is sufficient
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Non-invasive actinomyces implies benign bacterial infection localized to tonsil.
Hence you need not worry about it. This infection can be adequately controlled by antibiotics (which you are already put on). Long-term antibiotic treatment is not required.
This is already resolved with tonsil removal.
No candidal or fungal elements observed.
Hope I have answered your query.
