Can Clorazepate, Effexor And Prozac Be Taken Together?
Question: I was given clorazapate for anxiety + Effexxor about 27 years ago I take I 40 in am and one at night. At first when in the hospital I took three a day. I began with Proxac which stopped working after a while then went to Effexor which after a few years did not work so metadata was added instead end of changing medicines. The combination of th three has worked for about 23 years. What do you think of the combination? I feel fine. I have had no accidents and am a careful driver. I was a severally abused wife and went to one therapist who did not help me at all then checked myself into the hospital and attained a new therapist which put me on my feet and have had no problems since. My three. Children also each have different emotional problems.

Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Although regarding combination i am completely convinced with your treating doctor as in case of redistant you need to go for extra step and this has been done in your case. Sincevthere are no symptoms for last 23 years which again confirms the choice.
Having said this I request you to mention dose of each medication while posting follow up query so a change can be adviced according to age.
I hope this helps you.
if you have more questions feel free to contact me.
