Can Combiflam Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Question: I have taken half tablet of combiflame, and I am 3 months pregnant, will it affect my baby??

I don't see any abnormalities till now.. I have taken the medicine one day before. Just want to know will it harm the baby in any case?
