Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Costochondritis is local inflammation of the cartilage and bone of the chest wall.

It doesn't lead to any cardiac disease or lung disease, including pulmonary hypertension.

But the chest pain related to costochondritis can be sometimes confounded with the chest pain from the heart, stomach or the lungs.

Anyway, there is no connection between them.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
