Explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
You have scanty menses and pain due to PID,so in my opinion you should treat your infection with the help of antibiotics and antiinflammatory.
Their is no need of pill(cristana) to regulate your menses.
Drink a lot of water, take healthy and nutritious diet.
Do yoga and meditation.
Keep the area dry and clean.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards

Hi doctor but why this PID has reoccurred after taking the 2-3 course of antibiotics? The nature of pain is different as compared to pain which was there when I had PID 3 months back..i feel the pain in joints also.m also taking thyronorm 50mg for last few yrears. I'm really worried about the pain..as my gyne suggested me to take cristana because she suspects that I have the problem of endometriosis.she is unsure because she says that she can not conduct lyproscopy for endometrosis as I'm unmarried.pls guide.I have my marriage in 3 months..will there be any problem in future?
I have completed my course of medicine for PID..pain is still there..what do you suggest..today doctor has given oflox oz and nervic g..will this help me? If my ultrasound and pelvic MRI report in mid cycle shows fluid in POD,does that mean that I have PID? Is there any possible causes of pain according to you
Thanks !!

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Thanks for the information.
Pain could be due to endometriosis but in my opinion you should not go for any medication without confirmation because every medicine have there own side effects.
PID treatment is quite difficult and it will persist though you are taking appropriate antibiotics.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Why tuberculosis test is needed? I have never been in contact with someone who has tuberculosis.what are its symptoms? Is there any other way of contracting with this disease?
But what are the other ways of getting tb? And one more thing why nervic g medicine has been prescribed to me as this medicine is given for nerve damage or seizures!! Is that medicine safe to consume without having these symptoms?
