Brief Answer:
Check after an hour and take Crocin if necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*how long have you had fever?
*how much was it before taking sinarest?
*what other symptoms do you have other than fever? For how long?
*how is your urine and stool?
*what is you height and weight?
-do you have any other medical issues or take any other medications?

I suggest that you avoid taking sinarest for fever along. Combination drugs are not advised until absolutely necessary.

-you may take upto 4 grams of paracetamol in 24 hrs, provided you don't have any medical problems.
-if you have a fever of more than 100, take a paracetamol 650 mg (Dolo 650) three times a day. (every 8 hrs).
Check your temperature before taking the medicine. You may also take this if you have body aches.
-if fever persists for more than 4 days (more than 100f) or you develop any new symptoms, please see a doctor to check for infections that need treatment.

I recommend :
-blood tests (complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests). Other tests based on your clinical exam
-urine analysis.
-stay well hydrated.

To answer your querie, yes you may take another paracetamol (Crocin) but I suggest you wait another hour, recheck temperature and if still more than 100 f, take a Crocin.

Hope this helps.
Please get back to me with the above requested information and any further queries you may have.

Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
