Can Dexona Be Taken Along With Siphene?

Question: I have pcod and my doctor prescribed me ubiphene last month along with tufol and then she did the follicular monitoring but i dnt conceive so this month she had given me Siphene and dexona 0.5 so i want to know if i should be taking dexona as i read its a steroid.....
