Hi and welcome.
Yes,you can take it for diverticulosis pain,but if this is diverticulitis,which is inflammation of colon then you should be careful and watch for any new symptom and if fever,progressive pain or blood in stool occur,you should see doctor and have antibiotic treatment. It would be good to take ranitidine 150mg and probiotics as well and have easier diet till pain persist. Wish you good health. Regards
