Brief Answer:
Yes, you can but with proper dosage as per her weight.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your history, your daughter has runny nose and sinus congestion because of pollen i.e allergic rhinitis.
Both Fexofenadine-HCL and Brompheniramine Maleate are used for allergic rhinitis, Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant. If she has severe symptoms then you can mix these drugs with proper dosage, on 4 hrs intervals. As these are prescription medications, consult with your doctor.
Along with that, she can use saline nasal drops. Give her steam inhalation 3 to 4 times a day. Keep her warm.
I think this will clarify your concerns.
Thank you. Take care.
