The toxic (dangerous) dose for Dolo (paracetamol) is more than 4 grams in 24 hours.
As the dose consumed is less that, severe side effects are unlikely.
However, if there is already liver disease or taking other medications that affect the liver or consuming alcohol, it is possible that liver may be affected.
XXXXXXX fruit and coke may cause indigestion in some people and does not have any added effect when taken with Dolo except that it may irritate the stomach and cause gastritis.
Dolo is taken and effective for mild to moderate pain. If pain is severe, other medications are there to help relieve pain more effectively like NSAIDS (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) which can be rightly prescribed by a doctor.
I recommend :
-staying well hydrated. 3 liters of water at least.
-avoiding taking Dolo for the next week.
-if any stomach discomfort /pain, vomiting, loose stools or blood in stool, yellow color of eyes and skin, fever occurs please consult a physician right away to check for liver damage and gastritis
