Can Endone Or Targin Be Taken To Relieve Symptoms Of Dengue Fever?
Question: Can I take endone or targen to relive dengue pain??
Brief Answer:
Depends a bit on the stahe of dengue
Detailed Answer:
dengue has several phases of the disease and quite a bit of variability.
as a hemorrhagic fever. bleeding is the critical feature, I believe that endone is a narcotic and so does not affect bleeding and has some safety advantages. but is a narcotic,
I think also knowing a bit about the stage of the disease and the nature of the pain would influe 's the answer, for most other viral diseases aspirin like drugs would be good. with inflammation without a bleeding risk they a could be superior to a narcotic but I would like a bit more input.......

There has been no bleeding. Just high fever and really bad aches and pains in my joints. Especially my legs and hips and lower back. Also a bad head ache. I'm struggling to get any sleep, that's why I thought the pain killers might help.
Brief Answer:
Well... yes.....
Detailed Answer:
Ok, first, dengue is serious and labwork to make sure organs are ok are inexpensive and necessary and to check for bleeding. Assuming thats all fine, all things considered it is a trade off. Moderate narcotics like targin and endone are safer in the short run due to zero bleeding risk but have addiction potential and are not as powerful for the fever as naproxen, etc. On the other hand the anti inflammatories might actually be a stronger pain reliever but there is the bleeding issue. Frankly the headache can be a bad sign and rules out the aspirin like drugs until evaluation. If endone / targin do NOT have tylenol, then the addition of tylenol will make them much better for this and NOT increase risks.
