Entecavir is effective in controlling the viral load in hepatitisB.
Duration of treatment will depend on the initial viral load and response to the therapy.

Hello sir I am taking enteliv/entecavir tablet since last 2year according to you I have completed my dose ।
Now please tell me shall I continue this tablet or not if yes then up to which time
If I continue tablet this tablet is there any side effect in long term

Sir I am taking enteliv/entecavir medicine since last 2years from may 2018. according to your answer I HV completed my dose now can I stop taking this or if I continue this medicine is there any side effect of these medicine in long term , your advice is very useful for me

Two years is a general rule and some people may require more than that.
In your case you have lost HBeAg (which is a good sign) but viral load still persists, so it will be better to continue Entecavir for lo longer duration.
