Can Escitalopram Be Taken With Naproxen?

Question: can escitalopram be taken with naproxen
Brief Answer:
Yes can be taken.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Yes both ate frequently prescribed together and can be taken together with no significant interaction.
Actually Escitalopram is an anti depressant of SSRI group and Naproxen is a pain killer with Anti inflammatory action.
So we advise to take Naproxen as on when required basis only.
From my experience I can see that you might be taking these two for non specific joint pains or Headache.
You can take them.
If you have any further query you can ask me.
Yes can be taken.
