Brief Answer:
Esto plo will most likely not help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Madhuri a gynecologist and will be helping you.
I understand your question. However some points are unclear. Do you have a positive
pregnancy test? This is very important as the whole treatment changes if there is pregnancy.
Also when was your last period and how regular are your periods.
I will try to provide as much information as I can with the available history.
If you have had unprotected sex even once during the time when you were fertile meaning when the ovum was ovulating, pregnancy is possible. So number of sexual contacts do not matter but timing of contact is important.
If you have had unprotected sex and not done a pregnancy test, get it done immediately. Use the first morning sample of urine for best results. If the test is positive and you do not want the pregnancy, unfortunately you will have to go to a doctor as esto plo forte will do nothing. It is not even an approved drug but just some vitamin preparation. It will not help at all.
So if test is positive go to a doctor for check up. The location and duration of pregnancy will need to be checked. Sometimes pregnancy occurs outside the
uterus like in the tube. If abortificient drugs are taken in such cases, women may even die. So please get a check up. It is possible to procure an
abortion till 63 days after the missed periods using pills. It must be done under the supervision of a doctor and in a place where a surgery can be performed if needed.
If the test is negative even 7 days after the missed period there is no pregnancy, wait for 2 more weeks if there are no other symptoms.
Stress can also delay periods. So they may come by themselves. If still no periods you will need to look for the cause like
hormonal imbalance or ovarian cysts and for that you can see a doctor. Simple drugs like
progesterone help in most cases.
Also I would like to inform you that abortion is not the safest method and it is better to use
contraception like condoms to prevent pregnancy as well as protect yourself from infections [ even though use of condoms does not protect 100% against HIV]. So please please be careful henceforth.
Please let me know the other details if possible.
Thanks for the query. I do understand your position.
Feel free to ask any more questions that you may have and I am here to help you.
