Maintenan good hygiene
Change your underwear very frequently and keep the groin region clean and moist.

Yesterday he prescribed lulicanozole cream 1% for weekss ..reason why he stooped tablets is last month my sgpt sgot levels were high now it is normal after taking tablets it is normal now ..I have severe itching sometimes and burning sensation
Please complete the course of antifungal drugs under supervision
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
I had gone through your photographs, discolouration and typical site involvement is suggestive of fungal infection most probably.
In my opinion you may require a course of antifungal like fluconazole or itraconazole with miconazole powder and clotrimazole ointment or spray
Monitor the liver function with the tests and also take good hygiene as I suggested in my previous reply. If the liver function tests are abnormal again then discontinue the medicines after consulting your doctor. Drink cleaner water and take hygienic food.
Hope this answers your question
Thanks for your question
Best wishes
Fluconazole is prescribed as 150 mg once weekly
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
Fluconazole is generally prescribed on doses of 150 mg weekly for 7 to 8 weeks. It is nowadays available as over the counter but may be more expensive then written prescription. At some places it's not available over the counter and you may require doctors handwritin prescription.
Therefore I would suggest that you visit your near doctor
