Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM
I can understand your concern. The doctor has advised you to take 200 mg of Gabapentine, Quetiapine 50 mg per day and Lorazepam 0.5 mg on PRN basis. Gabapentine at 100 mg doses is used for anxiety, neuropathic pains etc conditions. Seroquel is second generation anti-psychotic drug. The drug at 50 mg doses is used for sedation and to reduce aggression, anxiety. Over all both drugs are safe and you have been prescribed in low doses only. Be assured these are not too much medicines. No need to worry.
You have been advise to take Lorazepam on PRN basis and this drug is also advised to you in low dose only. Take the drug on SOS basis only and this will reduce anxiety attacks. No need to fear from taking all these drugs. These are safe and these drugs will not make you dependent.
Thanks, hope this helps you. If you have more doubts ask again.

If I take 50mg of it at 7:40 what time should I wake up tomorrow
50 mg doses of drug are low doses
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking a follow up
50 mg of dose is a low dose of that drug. I usually prescribed high doses to my patients. Though exactly cant be predicted but this would not result in sleeping for 15 hours. You would wake up at normal time only. This is a low dose of drug. No need to fear from the doses of drug.
Thanks

If you have prescription then increase the dose to 100 mg
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
If you are not able to sleep and have prescription of 100 mg then you can take it. Taking Ambien daily will make you dependent on Ambien. The drug Quetiapine is relatively safe and will not make you dependent. The drug will make your mood stabilised and will prevent trigger.
Thanks

This is side effect of improper sleep coupled with drug doses
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
This could be due to dose of Quetiapine and Zolpidem (Ambien) and you were not able to sleep which has resulted in dizziness and brain fog like situation probably which is causing you to feel like zombie. With proper dose and sleep it will improve.
Thanks

Discuss with your doctor and take Quetiapine 100 mg if possible
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
If you are still not getting good sleep with Ambien 10 mg doses then as per my opinion you should consult your doctor to add some other sleep medicine or to increase the dose of Quetiapine because this would help you in sleeping and you will feel better. Don't take higher doses of ambien.
Thanks
