Can Gabapentin Cause Chest Tightness As A Side-effect?
Question: I have I have recently been diagnosed with Sjogren's with fibromyalgia - we are still trying to find the right combo of meds. I also have caught the flu (yay) - sneezing, nasal ingestion, chest congestion, coughing, nausea, diarrhea, fever, chills. Tonight I feel like I have a very tight band around my chest just under the breastline. Is this a side effect of the gabapentin (or buproprion or escitalopram) mixing with Imodium and NyQuil?

No, chest tightness is not due to drugs interactions you have mentioned.
Since you are having a viral infection (flu), you might have complicated this flu and developed bronchitis.
Bronchitis can cause chest tightness, cough, chest congestion etc.
