Brief Answer:
There are no much interactions between the above mentioned drugs

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern towards the drug interactions of the medications currently you are on.

There were no interactions found according to database between Exforge and gabapentin.

As diclofenac is an NSAID, and metoprolol is a beta blocker.

Gabapentin acts mainly on GABA receptor, so I couldn't find much interactions between them as they were not much related.

So, nothing to worry and you can continue these drugs safely.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
