Can H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Be Taken While Having High SGPT Levels?
Question: Hi Doctor,
Iam thinking of taking Swine Flu H1N1 vaccine, but i have high SGPT count(from liver function test) and also taking anti depressant tablets(escitalopram 5mg and amisulphride 50mg) and . Will this interfere with the vaccine in any form or shall I go ahead and take the vaccine ? What is the name of the vaccine that should be taken for the same ?

“As” per your question you can take the vaccine without any problem and it has no interaction with both antidepressant. You can take [Flucelvax] in Intramuscular only.
