I guess that pads have been used and put on a XXXXXXX for at lease several minutes.I want to know this behave will have risk of infecting HIV or not? Is that true that HIV virus will soon die if they expose in the environment?
Brief Answer:
Yes, the virus can't survive out of teh skin!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
Your risk of HIV is so tiny and almost inexistent unless you had cuts on your penis. A virus on an intact skin is nothing to fear about. Also, it dies so so quickly when exposed to the environment as it can only survive inside a living cell.
Be calm, relaxed and just be vigilant next before using any materials. Otherwise, there is nothing to bother about.
I wish you well and feel free to follow up and ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
