Can HIV Be Contracted From Unprotected Mutual Masturbation?

Question: I had an encounter with a sex worker. There was no penetration. Just unprotected handjobs. But throughout the session, she kept kissing my body (stomach, chest, neck and nipples) She also licked my nipples for like 10 seconds. Also she sat on my leg shin area while she was in her underwear. (shin area for like 7 seconds) There was no broken skin upon insoection of the area. Do i have anything to worry about from my exposure?(If there was abbrasion, nicks,cuts,broken skin) Is hiv test warranted? If so, which gen? and what is the window period?

Thanks for the reply doc. However there is a thing bugging me. All sites, CDS etc says that hiv is transmittable by a cut in the skin. So how cone you said that i can move on without worry?

Also, no oral sex, no penetration.

She sat on my shin in her underwear. Thats the worry that i have(nicks, cuts, abbrasions)

You said there was no cut or abration but if there is cut then also the possibility of transmission of virus through the underwear is very rare. Also it is very difficult for HIV virus to survive in an open environment outside the human body and it will die within minutes only and I have never seen such a case of transmission in my practice so just calm down, don't think much about HIV and move on.
