Can HIV Be Contracted In 1 In 1000 Cases Of Unprotected Intercourse?

Question: Hello,

A lot of statistics say that the odds of transmission of HIV via unprotected vaginal intercourse is 1 in 1000 or 1 in 2000. Are these genuine? As outbreaks do happen and sometimes real life situations make it seem like the odds are more like 1 in 100 or 1 in 50.
Can one trust those odds? Are the odds of transmission really that low?

Does a condom lower the risk to virtually zero and is oral safe very safe?

It is knowns scientyficly that the use of condoms low the risk of HIV transmmision to zero.
Oral sex as well has a low possibility of HIV transmmision till the moment that there is no blood contact.
