Brief Answer:
Possibility of HIV transmission is nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

Welcome to health care magic.I have gone through the details and can make out your anxiety.

There is risk of transmission of HIV ,if open wound comes in contact with infected trimmer.
Bleeding wound was not created by the trimmer. So there is no possibility of entry of HIV. The chances of transmission of HIV is nil.
Moreover the trimmer may not have HIV virus too.HIV does not survive in the environment for long.So the possibility of presence of HIV in trimmer is also Nil.
The possibility of HIV transmission with given description is nil.
You can allay fears of HIV.

You can get back to me for any clarifications.
