There is no possibility of transmission of HIV by touching semen or genitals by hands.Skin is an effective barrier.
There is minor possibility if there is open wound or ulcer in hand .There is no possibility if scab is formed or wound has dried.
The person may be negative too.If the person is negative there is no possibility of transmission.
