Question: Hi Doc
I had protected sex with another prostitute
and all went well . however I after like an hour or two
I noticed a paper cut on my finger , It seemed pretty fresh .
What are the chances of getting HIV trough fingering with fresh cut
on your finger.
Unfortunately I do not know If this cut happened after the session
or perhaps during the session or before.

The chances of transmission of HIV through skin is nil.Skin is an effective barrier. Palms skin is more thick and is very effective.
If the cut was deep or open such that there was bleeding, and if the vaginal secretions was HIV infected then there are chances of transmission of HIV.
Simple abrasion without bleeding acts as barrier for transmission. If she is negative there is no possibility.
