Thanks for your question.I am Dr Matin and will be answering your question.Pl find your answers :
1.The risk of HIV in your scenario --Penetrative Oral sex(Cunnilingus) is very unlikely and your other sex (presumably vaginal) was fully protected (condom neither getting torn or slipped), so HIV test is not warranted here..
2.No it will not be conclusive after 2 weeks , any HIV test @3 months exposure can only be conclusive , but they does not apply in your case as you don[t need them.
Hope this helps.

I am very worried as I had small mouth ulcer inside the upper lip. Which I believe was not in contact while giving cunnilingus. I have read that hiv duo is conclusive after 28 days.
Brief Answer:
no risk of HIV
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for a follow up question. Still my answer is that there is no risk ,but if you feel so worried then just to buy peace of mind , you can go for any HIV test as per protocol i.e one at the baseline and second at 3 months of exposure.
No I am afraid ,you have some incorrect information HIV PCR test at 28 days it picks up only 95% of positive cases (sensitivity)
Hope this helps.

thanks doctor , you advise has calmed me down and i am anxiety free, just wanted some information as net is flooded with so many things , wheRE they say 4 gen test reduce time say for example RNA PCR (14 DAYS )and HIV DUO (as per UK 28 days its conclusive , so some say that after 8 weeks all tests are conclusive , so can you just throw a light as what test one should order for early detection of HIV and at what duration (window) , THANKS FOR YOU REPLY
Brief Answer:
Thanks
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response. These tests may decrease the window period but the conclusiveness remains the same , the final test has to be done @3months.
My advice do not get into these days , and follow the standard protocol of the country.
Hope this helps.
