Can HIV Be Contracted Through Cunnilingus?

Question: What are the chances i got infected with HIV from cunnilingus? Is it a high risk? O low risk or no risk? Please help.

The risk is high even with Cunnilingus.HIV can be transmitted through any route in which there is an exchange of infected sexual fluids.You need additional testing to rule out HIV.

I did had oral sex with a prostitute in a massage saloon, i was hell drunk, after she gave me a body to body massage with oil, i believe there was some oil on her vagina when i lick it for about 5 min, There was no penetrative sex hanppened, unfortunately a week after i got sore throat, doctor provided antibiotics then it went away, 4th week i took hiv antibody test for hiv 1 ans 2, results where negative. I am still freaking, what are the chaces of HiV from cunnilingus? It is possible I got infected because one of the symtoms of HiV is sore throat, pleae help, i am freaking out and scares, cant concentrate on my work, i am stress.

The risk through Cunnilingus is low when compared to Anal and vaginal sex as per CDC, XXXXXXX
Sore throat following cunnilingus was not necessarily due to HIV/STD. Ordinary bacterial sore throat can occur due to direct contact or through air born infection while massaging. HIV can manifest only 3-4 weeks after the contact at the earliest.
Regarding the test antibody test will be reliable only after window period that is after 12 weeks.

So your test result after 12 weeks (after the window period) will likely be nonreactive for HIV. So you can take the test boldly.
