thanks how about the home address and the full names on the letter i ripped it up and i threw it away should i worry

hi i was was walking home from working and I was carrying my personal belongings in one hand and the other was free now as i was approaching something an item I did not know what it was so I believe I passed it and I looked at it for a second and i believe it was still on the ground all i know it was all white? I dont know if i made contact with it or not i was going back to take a photo of it apparently i think the item is gone should i be tested concerned? I have no idea what itsm this was to be? you think nit was a needle? I went back I sdont think it was the item not sure please help me

Hi this is XXXX I was going on the same bus cause I see illusions now I dont know if i touched anything on the side inside the bus like the bottom portion next to window seal the unit that supports the sides theres a area like skinny part where it connects to it i hope there wasn't any needles or hazards cause when i got home my shoulders a in pain hiv test???

I am also talking about the same photos as I don't think it is due to needle and it is not swollen much also so avoid thinking in one direction only. There might be other causes for swelling too not only the HIV so forget the incidence and move on in life.

ok thanks ill try very hard All i know i think i strained my shoulder blade at work can this be why it could be swoon i mean where i got home i began to hurt as soon asi got home why? its not bleeding right
