Question: Hey i have taken STD panel test and Hiv 4th generation after 12 weeks of my exposure and the results are negative .After 12 weeks recently i went to a massage parlor and i met a girl over there and we had some kissing and i sucked her boobs for few minutes and i dint notice any rash or blood or any fluids coming out her boobs and we had some deep kissing .My concern is do we get hiv through kissing and sucking boobs .I dont have any cuts or bleeding gums or ulcers in my mouth and i dont know about her status or does she have any bleeding gums in her mouth
Brief Answer:
You should be ok.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
You are not at risk for STDs including HIV from the activity that you described.
To get HIV, there needs to be exchange of bodily fluids. But saliva is considered low risk. So I think you should be fine.
If you frequent massage parlors or have multiple sexual encounters, it would be good for you to have routine testing for STDs. Better yet, a steady girlfriend would be the safest.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information of clarification.

yeah i make up my mind i just want to get relief i dint have any kind of sexual encounter i just had some kissing and i sucked her boobs and check them by pressing gently and they there is no trace of blood or milk or rash. i learnt my lesson and i wont involve in this stuff again But i want to make sure if i had no cuts in my mouth is there a chance of me getting infection from her and i dont remember or taste any blood in my mouth but a little worried i dont want to take chances and there is no sign of rashes on her boobs
Brief Answer:
No, you are not at risk.
Detailed Answer:
Even if you had a cut in your mouth, sucking on skin that is not on the penis or vagina would not transmit HIV. The exception is if this woman were lactating (producing milk). But trust me, you would know if she was.
Risk of HIV increases with exposure to increased quantity of infected bodily fluid. The larger the quantity and viral load, the greater the risk. So even if there were traces of this from her breasts, the risk would be negligible.
I would not worry about this encounter. But avoid future encounters like this because of the stress it causes afterwards. You are not alone in this type of after-math worry. We hear from many men who have had similar experiences (or more risky than yours) that are then worried for a considerable time afterwards. But I think it is quite safe to say that you do not have to worry from this one.

I don't think you need to worry about it. But if you know yourself and know that you will worry about it, and you don't mind the price of the RNA test, then do go ahead and get the test so that your mind is at ease.

I have given my blood for RNA test after 10 days waiting for results .I am sure i dont have any ulcers or bleeding gums in my mouth .But tensed about the results .DO i need to do a follow up test after this RNA after the test i have taken after 10 days ?
Brief Answer:
RNA test
Detailed Answer:
Hi -
This test is reliable. You don't need to worry further.
I understand why you would feel freaked out over having had contact with a sex worker, but your exposure was safe. You did not exchange bodily fluids of the type that transmit HIV. So keep that in mind when the worry thoughts come. Just remind yourself you did not have a risky exposure.
