Brief Answer:
No risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.

Kissing and handjob are no risk activities for HIV & it is also not transmitted through clothes so don't get feared or worried as you are absolutely safe & free from HIV. You need not to go for any further test for HIV as 2.5 months test result was negative so be relaxed and get back to me for any query.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
These activities are not risky.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

The activities you had mentioned like kissing after brushing, precum touching the penis are not risky at all so don't get anxious or feared as you are safe and free from HIV. If still you are not comfortable then best solution is get tested again and the test result will clear all your doubts as well as tension.

As your friend I will also advice to stay away from any unsafe activities to prevent the future risk of HIV or other STDs. For any further query you can write to me any time and I am always here to help you out. Wishing you happy and healthy life ahead.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
Calm down and forget about the episode.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back once again.

High risk activities for HIV are unprotected sexual intercourse with multiple partners either vaginal or anal. The risk of HIV with unprotected oral sex also very less so don't get too much of stress or anxiety as your exposures are absolutely non risky for HIV.

Dear dr thanks u hv been very helpful...so even if i kiss someone after brushing (I'm worried coz he might hv had lil bleeding while brushing)..but i didn't do deep kissing...also in another case the partners premium touched my penis head.
Have you ever seen or heard of cases where hi is transmitted sexually besides anal, oral or vaginal sex?
I tend to worry a lot abt hiv(especially since I'm bisexual) and i read that men who hv sex with men are at much higher risk. Im trying to fret this incident, however if u think that i need an hi test plz let know. Thanks again.

Welcome back once again.

I have never seen any such patient where infection of HIV is transmitted without any penetrative act or contact of infected fluid with any cut or abration so don't get anxious or worried. Be relaxed, forget the episode and move ahead in life happily with family.
