Question: I had visited massage center 12 days ago and had sucked breast and fingered her vagina, Thereafter we rubbed each other with our underwear on. She later performed handjob without condom and I finally ejaculated by myself.

There is no chance of you contacting HIV by this exposure . NOw coming to the fever it is not due to HIV or other STD's.

Fever could be due to Viral or bacterial infection. Just take Calpol, for 2 more days and if fever still persists then get the following tests done .

Complete Hemogram , IgM Typhi Dot, Smear for Malaria Parasite, Urine routine and Dengue Profile. ( These are tests for general fever and not for STD's )

Thank you for advice.

1)Is it possible she might have finger cut which I could not see during handjob
2)is it a concern for HIV just after fingering her, I might have touched my penis?

Moreover, I have a very small white bump on tip of my penis shaft without opening. It was observed t after the session which might have been there before it. It is not painful and not increasing either.

Kindly suggest if it is linked to HIV.

See the white bump could be just an allergy which may go off on its own . Definitely not due to HIV . It takes atleast 3 weeks for some symptoms or signs to appear if it is due to HIV.

Coming to your first query.

1. If there was a cut and there was blood in it then there is a chance of HIV .
2. Yes it is a concern if you have fingered her and immediately touched your penis.

In any of these cases I recommend you to get HIV test ( Western Blot ) done .
