Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?
There is nil chances of you getting HIV infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. There is no HIV transmission due to semen being deposited on the nipple. Therefore you are safe and there is no risk of HIV infection from the incident mentioned by you.
2. The HIV is a fragile virus and gets easily destroyed on exposure to air. If your guy ejaculated on your breast then there is no way that any organism including HIV will enter your system.
3. Your cold is probably due to the cold weather as you have pointed out. Please do not worry about HIV infection. I reassure you that the chances of getting HIV is nil and there is no need to worry about it.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
Nipple is not a mucous membrane
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The nipple and the areola, the skin around the nipple, are covered by keratinized stratified squamous epithelium and is tough to get infected by HIV. The nipple is not a mucous membrane.
2. There is no proof in medical literature to show that HIV infection is transmitted through semen deposition on the nipple.
3. If there was a deep cut which was bleeding when there was deposition of semen then a possible risk might have been there. I dont think you had any such deep cut which was bleeding. Small cuts and abrasions will not bleed and the HIV cannot enter your system through the thick nipple covering.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

You are safe from HIV infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
The duct opening in the nipple does not allow passage of organisms like HIV through it from the outside. This is because the HIV requires a vehicle to be carried along in to your system.
There are chances of newborn getting infection from the infected mother because the milk contains the HIV but for you it is the opposite and there is no way the HIV might infect you through the nipple.
I reassure that you are safe.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
