Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?
Question: good morning,
About 4 weeks ago after fight with my wife of 15 year, I went to a massage parlour and ended up getting a hand job. there was no oral/vaginal/anal sex and and while she was nude, I don't believe there was any transmission of bodily fluids. I have been overwhelmed with guilt and anxiety ever since.
While I don't suspect I contracted anything, it have been inspecting and likely aggravating my penis countless times a day. I feel like there is wet/cool sensation but there is has been no discharge, no noticeable spots. the ip seems a tad red, but it may be more a matter of my incessant manipulations.
I wowed I would never do this again, and my wife and I do have what constitutes a good marriage. I made stupid decision and have been worried sick ever since.

There has been no sexual penetration.It is just a handjob.
