If You had inserted two fingers in anus of a prostitute then, first of all you have to confirm whether she is positive or not. Even if she is positive, the way you had told is very unusual for transmission and HIV is less likely to be transmitted this way.

This kind of exposure is very unlikely for getting the infection so as such no test is required but for your mental satisfaction I will advice you to go for testing after 4 weeks to confirm your status.
