Question: Would i need to worry about getting any STDs if when i was making out with a women and we were just dry humping with underwear on?

Hence involving in sexual act with protection will not cause transmission of STDs. In your case, there is absolutely no way you can get a STD, as making out and even kissing will not transmit the disease and since you even kept your underwear on, the chances of incurring STD are zero.
