Brief Answer:
Transmission Unlikely for STDs like HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details.

The chances of transmission of STDs like HIV is nil by oral sex, unless there is bleeding wounds in both the persons. So HIV unlikely.
But there are chances of transmission of STDs like herpes simplex virus ,if there was active lesions in the person at the time of contact. Herpes usually manifests by 2-4 weeks post exposure. You can look for any rashes, discharge, pain, burning sensation.
Both scenario is unlikely with given description.
You can get back for any clarification.

i am having candidiasis(thrush formation) on my penis.but it is very mild.i used to wash everyday regularly and dried my penis thoroughly.but i didnt take any medications.i had contact with that guy when my penis was dry and clean.is there any chances of infections for me or other person.at some point of time i am having mild itching which subsides later.(itching was there before having contact also).

should i take any prophylactic treatment for herpes simplex virus.if i should which drug should i prefer.
and prescribe any medication for permanent removal of thrush formation(candidiasis infection)because i suffered with this infection previously.

Brief Answer:
No need for Prophylactic treatment for herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

There is no need of taking prophylactic treatment for herpes without knowing the status of infection. You may not be infected too.
Fungal infection is known for recurrence. It can be transmitted by skin to skin contact or as STDs too.
Wear loose cotton inner wears.
Clean area with warm water twice daily.
I would have advised to apply topical clotrimazole cream.
If needed oral antifungal like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
