Can HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Question: Hi Doctor
I just had protected oral sex and fingered a csw for a couple of minutes in Japan last week, does this bring me any risk in hiv or other std? There is no fresh cut on my hand and finger but my cuticle doesn't intact with my nail probably caused by dryness. I had washed and spray my hand with sanitizer and there is no pain. I had clean my hand several time using the wet tissue provided by the store before cleaning my penis using a new wet tissue provided. I further washed my hand with soap again later.
As this stupid act of mine, I felt guilty towards my girlfriend as I cannot controlled my sexual impulses in me and the anxiety of it has totally stressed me out.

Brief Answer:
Risk through fingering is negligible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV/STD. That too, you had a protected oral sex. So you are safe and the risk is almost nil.
Regarding fingering, the risk through fingering is negligible as per CDC, XXXXXXX You had no pain or burning when washing your finger showed that there was no fresh wound on your finger. So the risk through fingering was negligible only. Nothing to worry.Excessive washing of genitals with soap and wet tissue may sometimes irritate your genital skin.
Stick to safe sex with your girl friend till you got tested negative for HIV/Syphilis after the completion of the window period.
