Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Sex?

Question: Hi, had a sexual activity on Friday night, I received a blow job with no condom, the women kisses me once on the mouth using her tongue and I have an Ulcer in my mouth. The individual works in a high risk industry. I wore a condom during sex.
Obviously I have no idea if the worker even has HIV but if they did what is my risk exposure and should I be taking PEP or something it is right on 3 days to the hour.

Brief Answer:
No risk for you.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
You had sex with condom and received blow job without it with ulcer in the mouth but still there is no risk because the risk of getting HIV from oral sex is very less as compare to vaginal or anal sex and the human saliva contains an enzyme which inhibits the growth of HIV virus so don't get scared or worried about HIV and no need to take PEP for this exposure so be relaxed.
Thank You
