Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Sex?

Question: Hi sir.....I had a sex with sex worker which is safe sex. ...I was having sex with condom and that too for just two min which is a vaginal sex....I didn't kiss her and didn't do any oral sex....
My worry is that on my first day I had a small cut in my balls while trimming my hairs then immediately I have put dettol all over the place (raw dettol )
Next day I noticed my balls become reddish and dry and had irritation....
Third day that dry skin was peeling and experienced a high irritation.....
Fourth day irritation was less and coming back to normal...
Fifth day night I had a sex with that sex worker and that is y i am having doubt that whether I will be infected with any hiv symptoms....
Through her vaginal fluids touching on my balls.....
But no oral sex done by sex worker on that place....just i am having a doubt that vaginal fluids might touch on my balls skin and is there any chance of getting infected in this way...
Pls suggest me doctor what to do....

Brief Answer:
Your risk for HIV is negligible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had protected vaginal sex without any oral sex. So you are safe.
Undiluted dettol would likely to produce irritant dermatitis. As you had mentioned that by five days after the application of dettol, it would start healing.
Contact with vaginal secretion over the inflamed and healing scrotal skin has negligible risk for HIV. Contact with vaginal secretion during protected sex is a remote possibility. Nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
Your risk for HIV infection is negligible only
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I understood your problem. Irritated skin would have abrasions and raw area. Healing of this condition depends upon how severe it was affected.
In spite of this, the risk for HIV infection is negligible only.
Test for HIV is not necessary. But there is nothing wrong in taking up a HIV test and rule out the negligible possibility. Otherwise you will be disturbed in mind for even minor ailments in future.
Antigen based tests are reliable after 4 weeks and the antibody detection test after the window period (6-8 weeks, maximum 12 weeks).
