Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?
Question: Had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute and i was the receiver now im afraid of hiv i had sex a week ago

I would suggest you not to be too worried as rate of contracting HIV infection from single heterosexual intercourse is extremely low nearly 1-2% only. But yes I would suggest you to get tested by HIV PCR test after 6 weeks and 4 th generation ELISA test at 12 weeks. After that only we would be able to give conclusive answer. Practice barrier method of protection till test results.

it is been 8 days now should i get the test done nd what the accuracy i know i did a mistake and im very worried now
